Please read our Terms & Conditions of Service before purchasing our services:

LocalMapMe.com (operated by PICS International Corporation) will optimize a business listing for the period of one year (12 months).  After the first year of service, an annual "maintenance fee" will be billed.  If we do not continue maintaining your local map listing, your listing will be removed from our maintenance accounts.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: Our experience has showed us that properly submitted business information can often result in a favorable position on the Yahoo and Google internet maps, however PICS International Corporation cannot guarantee your map listing will appear on, or at the top of the Google or Yahoo maps that are immediately visible.  This is ultimately up to Google or Yahoo, who do not reveal publicly how and why they rank one business higher on the maps than another.  However, based on our experience we will GUARANTEE your information will be EXPERTLY SUBMITTED to the keyword and location maps you ask us to submit your business to.  Expert map listing submissions involve a myriad of standard procedures and specialized tactics which in our experience have a HIGH PROBABILITY of success.  And yet appearing on the map under your keyword phrase may take a week, a few weeks, a month, and in rare cases, longer.  We will email you a "screenshot" of how your optimized information will appear and will inform you of our progress throughout our effort.

LocalMapMe and PICS International customers are able to make three (3) changes to their listing per year at no extra charge. Each change must be less than 100 characters and/or less than 3 pictures per change.  If the changes requested exceed three (3) changes, $50 charge will be billed, per additional change.

Local MapMe.com and PICS International Corporation shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to any person or organization with respect to the performance of any local map listing, for the deletion of any local map listing, for the content thereof, or for the banning, suspension, or other sanctioning of any business from the local map listings.

Local MapMe.com and PICS International Corporation shall further not be responsible for references or links to other Internet sites or links contained on the internet map listing, or for the contents thereof.

Local MapMe.com and PICS International Corporation reserves the right to refuse our services to any business or organization, for whatever reason.  We will NOT accept payment or will optimize any businesses listing that promotes pornography, criminal violence, hate groups, etc.
